Services & delivery

• Online Check Report — US$9.90: one supplier or product link, researched using public online information. Includes an English buyer decision report with findings, sources, risks and a recommended next step. Delivery within 24 hours after payment and complete requirements. Supplier contact, factory visits and certification checks are not included.
• China Supplier Inquiry — US$29.90: one defined product requirement, up to three initial supplier contacts, one inquiry and one follow-up round. Includes the inquiry, response record and comparison of usable replies. Delivery normally within three business days, subject to supplier response time. If none responds usefully, one replacement candidate may be contacted. We commit to the agreed inquiry work, not a fixed number of quotations.
• On-Site Check — US$199 per execution day: location, access, date, scope, travel and third-party costs must be agreed before payment. The written report and supporting evidence are delivered within 24 hours after the visit unless a different deadline is agreed.

Reports are delivered electronically using the contact details agreed for your order. The delivery clock starts after payment and complete requirements. Time waiting for the buyer, supplier, site access or a third party is not YCat processing time.

Prices are one-time service fees in US dollars, not payments for goods. Any checkout currency conversion and final payable amount are shown by the payment provider before you confirm payment. Goods, samples, shipping, duties and additional work are not included unless separately agreed.

Findings reflect information available on the report date. Research and observations do not guarantee supplier reliability, product quality, compliance, payment safety or procurement results. You may request one factual correction within three days of delivery. New targets or additional work require a separate scope and quotation.

Cancellations & refunds

• Before work starts: you may cancel for a full refund.
• After work starts: we deduct the fee for work already completed and refund the unperformed portion. We explain the work completed and the calculation when handling your request.
• If we cannot accept or undertake your request: we provide a full refund.

To request a cancellation or refund, email contact@jaycommerce.com with your payment reference and request. Do not send card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider; the time to appear depends on that provider and your bank.

These are services rather than shipped goods, so a physical return is not required. Supplier response counts and purchasing outcomes are not guaranteed. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that apply to you.

Privacy

When you contact or order from YCat, we receive the information you provide, such as your email, name or business details, product links, requirements, correspondence and payment reference. We use it to respond, carry out the requested service, deliver reports, handle refunds and maintain necessary business records.

Payments take place on Stripe or PayPal pages. Card numbers, security codes and wallet credentials are entered with those providers, not collected by a form on this website. We may receive transaction status and order-related information from the payment provider. Never send card details, account passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a sourcing request.

For supplier inquiries or visits, relevant product specifications and questions may be shared with suppliers or service providers as needed to fulfil your request. Send only information you are entitled to share, and tell us before sending confidential material that requires special handling.

The hosting and payment providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs. This website also loads a PayPal logo from PayPal. Opening email, WhatsApp or payment links takes you to services with their own privacy practices.

We retain order and correspondence information as needed to deliver services, address disputes and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about, correct or request deletion of information you have provided; some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
